Eric Trebbien
Principle Architect
Eric is a proud Alumni of Florida Atlantic University SOA CO 2000. With 7 years of experience in A Design-Build Firm, Eric established TrebArc, Inc. in 2005. TrebArc has grown with the grounded principle; “Our quality of product is a direct result of hard work and collaborative efforts of every team member in each project”. With this philosophy Eric has continued to develop strong relationships with clients and key team members to meet and exceed the needs of his clients. As the Principal Architect, Eric has his hand in every project and coordinates with all Studio and team members, working toward quality results for all projects. Eric is a proud husband and father of two wonderful children. He insists TrebArc is and will remain a Family with a strong bond of professional and personal success.
Christine Lochrie
Architect
Christine Lochrie has been a longtime colleague and friend of Eric’s. They have worked together on a variety of projects for the last 25+ years. Christine joined TrebArc full time in 2013 and brings a wide range of experience to the studio after working with some of the top architecture firms and developers in South Florida. Christine is a licensed, registered architect in the State of Florida where she was born and raised. She brings a sensibility to each project where she believes that listening to the client, frequent communication, and positivity brings her clients the best results.
Carolyn Stewart
Senior Project Manager
Carolyn Stewart is a graduate of Harrington Institute of Design in Chicago. She worked for a commercial Interior Design firm in Chicago, Russell S Christianson and Associates, for 12 years. Carolyn was responsible for the projects from inception to move-in. In 1995 Carolyn moved to South Florida with much success in the real estate industry. Carolyns need to create, brought her back to the world of Architecture in 2006 where she was project manager on commercial and residential projects, including shopping center redevelopment and renovation. In 2015 Carolyn joined the TrebArc Team. Carolyn is now a Senior Project Manager for a series of medical rehabilitation and Dental projects.
Christopher Moffitt
Project Manager
An accomplished project manager, adept draftsman, and seasoned customer service specialist, Chris has been working with Trebarc for more than 6 years. Chris is an alumnus of Broward College and brings a wealth of experience to Trebarc, cultivated through diverse roles and a background spanning various industries. Over the past 20 years he has honed his skills in architectural project management and drafting, with exceptional results. His commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction, as well as his ability to leverage his education and practical experience to drive success in every endeavor, makes him a valuable asset to the team.
Luis Solorzano
Project Manager
Originally from Venezuela, Luis is an Alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, with a Professional degree in architecture. Luis is versed in multiple drafting construction tools, including 2D and 3D. In addition, Luis is an expert project manager with an accomplished set of skills such as space problem solving, multi-tasking, and critical thinking, while following the Florida building codes standards. With the vision to provide clients with a comfortable and quality space according to their needs, Luis brings an expert eye that has been a great asset to TrebArc for over two years.
Michael Genovese
Project Manager
With a passion for creating spaces that inspire and enhance a work environment, Mike has been working as a Project Specialist at Trebarc for five years. With 15+ years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in designing innovative dental, veterinarian and medical offices. His work is characterized by a commitment to functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs, and he thrives on the challenge of translating clients’ visions into tangible, impactful spaces. Through his collaborative approach and attention to detail, he exceeds expectations to create enduring architectural solutions that stand the test of time.
Mathilda Wolfe
Office Manager
As a communications student at Florida International University, Mathilda is a South Florida native with expertise in digital marketing and organization. She also brings three years of experience in closet design to the table. During her time in the customer service industry, she worked in-depth with multiple clients, on everything from walk-in closets to pantries to home offices. Here at Trebarc she uses her visual eye to handle all our social media accounts, as well as keeping our website up to date with current client projects and personnel.
Andres Mazorra
Project Assistant
Experienced with multiple digital design tools, Andres has developed a design ethos that can maximize a client’s vision. As an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, his education brought him a greater understanding of how to perceive and engage with his surroundings, which is paramount to the designing of healthy, qualitative projects. Communication and technical understanding are the cornerstones of his workflow, making him a valuable addition to the team here at TrebArc.
