Eric Trebbien
Principle Architect
Eric is the Founding Principal of TrebArc. With experience in A Design-Build Firm, Eric established TrebArc, Inc. in 2005 with an understanding and philosophy that the quality of results are derived from hard work and the collaborative efforts of all team members of a project. This philosophy set a precedent to develop strong relations with clients and key team members to excel in client and customer services. As the Principal Architect, Eric has his hand in every project and coordinates with all members of the Studio and team members to achieve quality results for all projects. Eric is a proud husband and father of two wonderful children. He insists TrebArc is and will remain a Family with a strong bond of Professional and personal success.
Christine Lochrie
Architect
Christine Lochrie has been a longtime colleague and friend of Eric’s and have worked together on a variety of projects for the last 20 years. Christine joined TrebArc full time in 2013 and brings a wide range of experience to the studio after working with some of the top architecture firms and developers in South Florida. Christine is a licensed, registered architect in the State of Florida where she was born and raised. She brings a sensibility to each project where she believes that listening to the client and working hand in hand with them with open conversation and communication brings the best results.
Carolyn Stewart
Project Manager
Carolyn Stewart is a graduate of Harrington Institute of Design in Chicago. She worked for a commercial Interior Design firm in Chicago, Russell S Christianson and Associates, for 12 years. Carolyn was responsible for the projects from inception to move-in. In 1995 Carolyn moved to South Florida. She worked at a small architectural firm in Plantation for more than 8 years. She was project manager on small to large commercial and residential projects, including shopping center redevelopment and renovation. In 2015 Carolyn joined Trebarc, Inc. She is project manager for a variety of dental, veterinary, medical and commercial projects.
Andy Menendez
Project Manager
Andy Menendez joined TrebArc, Inc. in 2014, he brought with him 18 years of experience working on various types of architectural projects such as Medical, Dental, Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential. Andy always exercises his client first philosophy approach to design, keeping the owner’s best interests in mind. He brings to TrebArc a fresh set of eyes and ideas that mesh seamlessly with TrebArc’s mission statement. His passion for architecture and proficiency in relating ideas to the client and to team members makes him an invaluable resource to TrebArc that we hope to take advantage of for many years to come.
